Nancy’s previous career was in music, where she was a saxophonist, teacher, composer, band leader and conductor. A Bachelor of Music in Saxophone Performance from the University of Denver, Nancy started practicing yoga, after long years on the road touring the east coast left her with migraines and back problems. She began her career in health by completing a 200-hour yoga certification with Marianne Wells in 2009.
BIT helped Nancy recover from two car accidents. She experienced first-hand how effective the BIT process can be on someone who has gone through a traumatic experience, which makes her a skilled practitioner of the Brain Integration Technique.
