Nutrition is an important component of holistic health, which considers all aspects of a person’s life, including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Holistic health focuses on helping individuals achieve long-term good health through a lifestyle grounded on healthy habits, including healthy eating.

What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic nutrition considers food as the source not only of the energy our body needs, but also of the nutrients essential to cell building and regeneration. These nutrients are also needed in the numerous chemical processes our body goes through every day.

Subscribing to a holistic lifestyle will give you optimum energy levels, resistance to diseases and infections, and enhanced well-being.

An important feature of holistic nutrition is the incorporation of natural or whole foods, which are foods that are as close to their natural form as possible. Whole foods, such as whole grains, nuts, vegetables and fruits, retain their rich fiber content, as well as their wealth of nutrients and phytochemicals that are largely lost when food is processed.

WholeBody Solutions’ nutrition programs

At WholeBody Solutions, we believe that when it comes to nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We help you improve your well-being through a customized and precise nutrition plan based on your unique needs and condition.

We begin by pinpointing your body’s challenges. We then develop a nutrition plan to best address these weaknesses while providing you with all the essential vitamins and nutrients you regularly need.

We use a system on reflex muscle testing. Reflex muscle testing is anchored on the principle that certain points on the body’s surface relate to the health of the body’s organs and functions. They’re similar to acupuncture points, which have been shown through centuries of practice to be accurate.

We test your muscle reflexes at these identified points to reveal which organs or functions in your body need healing or improvement. On your follow-up visits, we conduct the same reflex muscle testing to help us see if the nutrition plan we have designed for you is achieving the desired results.

While this method may be considered unconventional, we believe it helps us identify exactly what your body needs and how well we are meeting that need.

Nutrition for Children

It is never too early to start eating right. In fact, proper nutrition is necessary to growing up healthy and strong. Many illnesses are rooted in poor diets and the lack of essential supplements and minerals.

At WholeBody Solutions, we teach children the proper way to eat and we focus on Whole Food Nutrition. Our Nutrition for Children program helps children develop good eating habits and appreciate healthy foods that are essential to their development.
